SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All packages are shipped through courier services and we offer free shipping worldwide, but you may be required to pay taxes and duties when the product arrived at the destination and this depends on the country in which the order is shipped to.
Canadian shipping
Xandaar Inc, offer free shipping across Canada and all taxes, duties fees are collected during the product checkout process and therefore no surprise charges upon delivery.
Shipping within Canada takes 5 – 7 business days and outside Canada takes a bit longer.
As soon as the order is shipped a tracking number is emailed to the customer confirming order shipment and the customer can track the status of the order using the number.
Order processing time
Normally orders are processed during the business days – Monday to Friday and order placed before 12 PM Mountain Time will be processed that same day and any order placed after 12 PM MT will be processed the next business day.
Customized product
For custom-made denim jeans, the processing time and shipping duration will take 2 – 5 weeks depending on the destination.
Note; Festive seasons may disrupt our shipping schedule but xandaar will do everything possible to put a smile on customer’s face by delivery the order on time.
Express shipping
Customers have the option of expediting their order using express shipping and this will attract additional cost ranging from $22.95 to $60.95 depending on final destination.
Shipping return policy
Xandaar Inc will accept the return of purchased products within 30 days in original conditions with the original receipt, tags attached, unworn and unwashed. We will be glad to exchange the product if that is what the customer want or full payment refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
