Shipping Questions

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, xandaar Inc., offer free shipping worldwide via courier services

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, xandaar Inc., ship order or product worldwide

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, xandaar Inc., do express shipping and is based on customer request and it cost between $22.95 to $60.95 depending on shipping destination.

How will I know if my order is shipped?

We will send you a confirmation email letting know that your order has been shipped to the corresponding address and with a tracking number.

How will I know if my order is received?

We will send you a confirmation email letting know that your order was placed successfully

Can I change or cancel my order?

When an order is placed you will not have the opportunity to change or cancel your order and we advised you to check your order properly prior to purchase. 

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays and shipping within Canada takes 5 – 7 business days and outside Canada takes a little bit longer.

Custom-made product takes 2-5 weeks to process order and ship to destination.

I’m trying to place an order but it’s not going through, why?

Double check to ensure that all of your items are eligible for shipping to the desired destination and verify that your address and payment information match. Note; your payment address must match the credit card information for the payment to be successful.

How do I track my order?

Simply login to my account and track your order using the tracking number provided. Remember to allow some time for the courier company to register the order in their system.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes, your signature may be required for the courier company to delivery your package.

Package damaged on arrival, what do I do?

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we advised you to contact the courier company immediately so that investigation can proceed. If you need additional support don’t hesitate to contact us using our contact details on the website.

Return and Exchange Questions

What is your return policy?

Xandaar Inc., will accept the return of purchased products within 30 days in original conditions with the original receipt, tags attached, unworn and unwashed. We will be glad to exchange the product if that is what the customer want or full payment refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

How do I return the product?

Contact us using our contact details and we will guide you on how you can ship the product back to us.

How do I pay for my order?

Xandaar Inc. offer various payment method such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay

Is my card number secured?

Absolutely Yes, we offer highly encrypted secured payment system and customers information are securely protected.  

Do I pay Tax and Duties?

You might be required to pay taxes or duties upon order arrival to the destination and this absolutely depends on your country where the product is shipped to. Order within Canada, you will pay taxes during order checkout.
